We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new way to support your health and recovery journey: Group Rehabilitation Classes are launching in July at our clinic!
Led by our experienced rehab specialists, these small-group classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your long-term wellbeing in a welcoming, motivating environment.
Rehab Classes
Posture Reset with Julia
Tuesdays at 5:30 PM
A full-body reset focused on postural alignment, breath, and movement control. Ideal if you spend long hours sitting or feel tension in your neck, shoulders, or back.
Better Backs with Julia
Tuesdays at 6:30 PM
This class supports low back health through mobility work, core stability, and gentle strength-building. Great for those with past injuries or recurring back pain.
Steady Strength with Alysha
Tuesdays at 12:00 PM
A low-impact exercise class designed to support long-term cardiovascular health and maintain functional strength through purposeful, powerful movement. Ideal for anyone looking to stay active, strong, and steady—at any stage of life.
The fee is $160 for the duration of each 8-week program.
Pre-registration is required and spaces are limited, so we recommend signing up early to reserve your spot!
