Core Restore: Postpartum Rehab Level 1
Tuesday @ 10AM
This specialized postpartum rehab class is designed to help reconnect the core, improve pelvic floor function, and restore overall stability after childbirth.This class is designed to help you, rebuild deep core and pelvic floor strength safe, learn body mechanics to support your healing and daily activities, improve posture and reduce strain from nursing or lifting, receive hands-on guidance from a chiropractor on alignment and recovery and feel supported in a community of mothers on a similar journey. Whether you are newly postpartum or several months/years along, our program is tailored to meet you where you are. This course is, of course, baby friendly. 🐣

Core Restore: Level 2
Wednesday @ 10AM and Thursday @ 10:30am
Our Core Restore: Level 2 class welcomes anyone who wants to improve core strength and stability and postpartum clients who have regained baseline pelvic floor awareness and core stability (via Level 1 class ) and are ready to further restore strength, confidence, and movement capacity in a safe, supportive environment.
Participants will build on their foundational breathing and activation techniques with more dynamic, functional movements. The class incorporates resistance bands, light weights, and bodyweight exercises to challenge stability, strength, and coordination while maintaining proper alignment and pelvic floor control.

Fit Fore Golf
Tuesdays @ 4PM
Whether you’re a weekend golfer or a serious player, Fit Fore Golf is designed to help you move better, hit farther, and play pain-free. This small-group class focuses on the key physical foundations of golf performance — core stability, hip and shoulder mobility, balance, and rotational power.
Each session combines targeted strength training, flexibility work, and functional movement patterns specific to your golf swing. You’ll develop better body control, reduce your risk of injury, and gain the physical tools to play your best round yet.

Dadbods with Dr. Matt
Tuesdays @ 5PM
Embrace your inner dadbod with this functional fitness class. Designed to boost strength, mobility, and everyday movement, this session helps you stay active, agile, and ready for anything. Perfect for promoting healthy aging, feeling good in your body, and developing the strength you need for your busy life!

Better Backs with Julia
Saturdays @ 10AM
This program is designed to help individuals manage and reduce chronic back pain through safe, progressive movement. The program focuses on improving core stability, spinal mobility, postural alignment, and overall functional strength to support long-term back health.
Each session includes guided exercises targeting deep core activation, glute and hip strengthening, flexibility, and controlled mobility. Education on proper movement patterns, breathing techniques, and pain management strategies is integrated throughout the program to empower participants in their daily activities.
The goal of this program is to restore confidence in movement, reduce pain recurrence, and enhance overall quality of life through evidence-based, individualized exercise progression in a supportive clinical environment.

Perimenopause Pivot with Julia
Saturdays @ 11AM
This dynamic program is designed specifically for women navigating the perimenopause stage, combining science-backed training with practical education. Each class features four essential components: strengthening to build muscle and protect bone density, cardio intervals to boost heart health and energy, core work for stability and posture, and dedicated pelvic floor focus to support bladder control, core strength, and overall functional movement.
You'll experience a mix of high-intensity intervals, functional strength exercises, and Pilates-inspired movements -- all tailored to your fitness level with progressions and regressions available. Along the way, we'll share insights on why strength and cardiovascular training is essential during hormonal changes, helping you feel strong, confident, and resilient. Our goal? To improve everyday function, prevent injuries, and support mental well-being -- so you can thrive through this life season.

Our Core Restore is designed to strengthen your core from the inside out. We focus on building deep core stability, pelvic floor awareness, and strong, supportive hips through controlled movements and proper technique. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve posture, enhance daily movement, reduce injury risk, and feel more confident in their overall strength. All fitness levels are welcome, and movements can be adapted to meet your needs.

Essentrics with Christine, Dynamic Strength and Stretch
Mondays at 12N, $10 per class
A low-impact exercise class designed to support long-term cardiovascular health and maintain functional strength through purposeful, powerful movement. Ideal for anyone looking to stay active, strong, and steady—at any stage of life.
This class will improve range of motion, rebalance muscles through strengthening and lengthening, improve flexibility, mobility, posture and energy. This class can be completed from a standing or seated position.
